Mental Health First Aid Courses

At ELST, Mental Health training isn’t just something to add to our portfolio.  Our trainers have worked in professions ranging from the Emergency Services through to IT, Education and Construction.  We have seen first-hand the impact that poor mental health can have on our work and home lives.

We believe that Mental Health training is relevant to all levels of a company.  Our courses are written to be as relevant to senior managers as they are to ‘coal-face’ colleagues.  Whether you are interested in our fully-regulated courses, or training and workshops to raise awareness or assist in the development of a Mental Health Plan, we are able to help.
