At Emergency Life Support Team, we are passionate about providing First Aid training to all types of industries throughout Southampton and the surrounding areas.

ELST was developed as a First Aid training provider in 2004 by former Emergency Service personnel as a result of our passion for the truly life-saving skills of First Aid. Between us we have many years of experience in the emergency, pre-hospital environment.

Our team of expert First Aid instructors have extensive knowledge and personal real-life experience in First Aid, which we are privileged to pass on to you!
